In accordance with the Guam Chamber of Commerce bylaws, the membership is hereby given notice of the Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 20, 2024. The meeting will feature Chairman, Ernie Galito, who will provide his end-of-the-year remarks to the membership. The Chamber’s President, Catherine Castro, will provide an annual report on the state of the organization. Results from the 2025 Board elections will be announced before the close of the meeting.

RSVPs for the Annual Membership Meeting are now open. We look forward to seeing you at the Micronesian Ballroom, Hilton Guam Resort & Spa on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. 

All pre-payments may be made by cash, check, PayPal or credit card (see attached). We encourage members to make advance payments for a swift entry on the day of the meeting. CANCELLATION POLICY:  Members who RSVP and do not attend will be billed  the full amount of $45.00 unless cancellation is made (in writing) by 2:00 pm November 19, 2024.
