Full-time Positions: 

Program/Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will use strong organizational, project management, and communication skills to create and maintain projects, timelines, assess project risks, and propose solutions. The role involves day-to-day oversight of campaigns, negotiation and contracting with vendors, and active assessment of progress using analytical tools. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or at least three years of experience in a similar role. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will support regular office operations, handle communications for the president, schedule internal and external meetings, and maintain organized records. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, technically proficient, and enjoys working across multiple teams to ensure administrative excellence.
