Qualifications:

• Experience handling and merchandising fresh fruits & vegetables

• Able to build displays to attract customers and enhance the look of fresh produce

• Assist Produce Manager with taking inventory to ensure sufficient stock

• Conduct sampling and selling of fresh fruits and vegetables

• Educating staff and customers on new items

• Monitoring sales and customer feedback to predict trends and stock demand

• Assisting in the development of new marketing strategies

• Briefing staff on stock display and rotation

• Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness

• Able to obtain a Department of Public Health Certificate

• Excellent customer service skills

• Friendly and approachable

• Flexible with weekday and weekend shifts as required

• Able to stand and walk around for long periods at a time

• Must be able to obtain credentials for base access (DBIDS) for both Andersen Air Force Base and Naval Base Guam

• Able to move, lift and carry a minimum of 40lbs
